Q: Do you sell only Pokémon TCG products?
A: While Pokémon is our primary focus, we also carry collectibles, TCG accessories, related merchandise and now Magic: The Gathering products. Check back often for updates to our inventory!

Q: Are your products officially licensed?
A: Yes, all products we sell, except for PROXY CARDS, are officially licensed and sourced from trusted distributors.

A: Absolutely! Join our Trainer’s Club to receive exclusive deals, restock alerts, and updates on new releases.


Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for our Trainer’s Club to stay informed. We offer Free Shipping on all orders $50 and above. This is subject to change.

Q: My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What items are eligible for returns?
A: Unopened, unused items in their original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: Opened TCG items, individual cards, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Q: Are the cards in booster packs random?
A: Yes, all booster packs are sealed and contain randomly assorted cards, including at least one guaranteed holo card.

Q: Do you sell graded cards?
A: We stock graded cards from PSA, Beckett, or CGC. Check our Graded Cards section for availability.

Q: Do you sell singles or specific cards?
A: Yes, we offer individual cards for purchase. Browse our Single Cards section for available options.

Q: Do you sell card sleeves, binders, or other accessories?
