Scarab Online

The sun is dying. The Two Lands need you.

Download the launcher

The launcher installs Scarab Online and keeps it up to date automatically. Just press Play. It's free.

macOS: unzip and open Scarab Online Launcher. The app isn't notarized yet, so macOS says it "could not verify" it: click Done (not Move to Trash), open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to "Scarab Online Launcher" was blocked, click Open Anyway and confirm. You only need to do this once.
Windows: unzip and run ScarabLauncher.exe. If SmartScreen appears, click More info and then Run anyway.
Linux: unzip, chmod +x ScarabLauncher.x86_64, run it.
The launcher downloads the game (about 35-70 MB) and updates it whenever a new version is out. Click Create account in the game, then talk to Hapu the fisherman to begin your story. The getting started guide walks you through it.
