Amanitare, Keeper of the Deffufa
High priestess of the Western Deffufa and servant of Dedwen. She smells faintly of incense and strongly of authority.
Where to find
Overheard
The incense burns at dawn again. Dedwen is pleased; I can tell, because nothing has caught fire.
Egypt writes 'wretched Kush' on its monuments. We call Egypt 'the place downriver that buys our gold'. Both are true.
The Deffufa was here before the Egyptians built Buhen. It will be here after.
