Walkthrough

The quest journal, step by step.

1. Start

   Lady Nebettawy, Keeper of the Royal Wardrobe in the Memphis Palace, needs someone discreet. (Requires The Brewers' Strike.)

2. Stage 1

   The festival Red Crown has vanished from the palace wardrobe. Lady Nebettawy wants me to question Ita the wig-maker first.

   Updated by talking to Lady Nebettawy
3. Stage 2

   Ita smelled temple incense on the crown. I should ask Captain Minmose of the palace guard who came calling.

4. Stage 3

   Minmose let in a shaven-headed priest under the Temple of Ptah's seal, come to 'measure the crown for the Mysteries'. I should tell Lady Nebettawy who I think took it.

5. Stage 4

   The lector who plays Set in the Mysteries this year is Djau. I should get the crown back from him at the Temple of Ptah.

   Djau gave the crown back. Apparently it was research. I should return it to Lady Nebettawy.

   I returned the Red Crown of the Mysteries. Captain Minmose sent me his linen cuirass, and Lady Nebettawy gave me the understudy's crown.
