Walkthrough

The quest journal, step by step.

1. Start

Tedekene, priestess of the Lion Temple of Naqa, has heard of the champion who faced the Lion of Apedemak at Kerma. (Requires The Lion of Apedemak, Devotion 65, Heka 55 and Metalwork 60.)

2. Stage 1

At Naqa, Apedemak has three faces: the lion of war, the serpent rising from the lotus, and the husband at Amesemi's side. To earn the favour of Amesemi, his wife, I must honour all three. First the lion: five lionesses of the Butana, Apedemak's own hunters, which roam the grass north of Musawwarat es-Sufra.

To do: Kill 5 × Lioness of the ButanaUpdated by talking to Tedekene, priestess of Apedemak
3. Stage 2

The lionesses are honoured, in the way lionesses prefer. Next, the serpent: Tedekene wants the hood of a spitting cobra. They nest in the Pyramids of Meroe.

To do: Get Spitting cobra hood
4. Stage 3

I have a spitting cobra's hood. I should use it on Tedekene.

To do: Use Spitting cobra hood on Tedekene, priestess of Apedemak
5. Stage 4

The last face looks at the moon, towards Amesemi. Tedekene wants a crescent of electrum for the goddess's crown: I should forge one from an electrum bar on an anvil (Metalwork 60).

   To do: Get Electrum crescent
6. Stage 5

I have forged an electrum crescent. I should use it on Tedekene.

To do: Use Electrum crescent on Tedekene, priestess of Apedemak
7. Stage 6

The crescent shines on Amesemi's brow in the temple. I should speak to Tedekene.

8. Complete

Apedemak's three faces are honoured, and Amesemi, Lady of the Crescent, will answer my prayers. Tedekene gave me the Sceptre of the Lion-Serpent.

Updated by talking to Tedekene, priestess of Apedemak
