- Start
Khety, keeper of the sacred baboons of Khmun, hasn't slept in a month. Neither has anyone else in Khmun. (Requires Warfare 25.)
- Stage 1
Thoth's baboons greet the sunrise with raised hands and screaming. Now the sun rises late, and they scream all night waiting for it. Some have gone wild. Khety asked me to calm 6 frenzied baboons in the fields south of Khmun, firmly.
To do: Kill 6 × Frenzied baboonUpdated by talking to Khety, keeper of baboons - Stage 2
The frenzied baboons are a little quieter. I should tell Khety.
- Stage 3
Khety thinks something is leading the frenzy. He gave me dates for Grandfather, the oldest baboon in Khmun, who might show me where it is. I should give them to him (use the dates on Grandfather).

- Stage 4
Grandfather ate the dates with great dignity, then pointed south past the fields and bared his teeth. Something called Aani, the Howler of the False Dawn, leads the frenzy there. I should defeat it.
To do: Kill 1 × Aani, Howler of the False Dawn - Stage 5
Aani is beaten, and the fields of Khmun are quiet for the first time in a month. I should tell Khety.
- Complete
Khmun slept. Khety taught me how the baboons greet Ra: the Baboon fighting stance.
