Walkthrough

The quest journal, step by step.

1. Start

   Bow-captain Akinere drills the archers of Kerma outside the east wall. (Requires Satet's Arrows, Archery 50 and Handicraft 55.)

2. Stage 1

   Every archer of Kerma makes her own bow. Akinere wants me to bring ivory first: from the bull elephants south of Kerma, or a hippo if I'm brave and foolish at once.

3. Stage 2

   I have ivory. Now Akinere wants ebony, the heart of a Kerma bow: from the ebony trees (Fieldcraft 75), or bartered from Natakam at the Kerma Exchange.

4. Stage 3

   I have ivory and ebony. I should carve the Bow of Ta-Seti by using a knife on the ebony with the ivory in my pack (Handicraft 55).

5. Stage 4

   My bow is made. To prove it, Akinere wants me to shoot down four of the lappet-faced vultures that follow caravans in the desert south of Abu Simbel.

6. Stage 5

   The vultures are down. I should return to Akinere.

7. Complete

   I am an archer of Kerma. Akinere gave me the ostrich-feather headband of her archers.
