Walkthrough

The quest journal, step by step.

1. Start

   Herdsman Keraba, outside the east wall of Kerma, is counting cattle and not liking the total.

2. Stage 1

   Leopards have been taking calves from the god's herds. Keraba wants four of them killed; they hunt in the scrub south of the city walls.

   To do: Kill 4 × LeopardUpdated by talking to Herdsman Keraba
3. Stage 2

   The leopards are dead, but Moon-Horns, the lead bull, bolted in the panic. Keraba thinks he's gone north to the grass by the Nubian Gold Mines. I should look for him there.

   To do: Go to Nubian Gold Mines
4. Stage 3

   Moon-Horns is grazing by the gold mines as if he owns them. I should use Keraba's lead rope on him.

   To do: Use Plaited lead rope on Moon-Horns
5. Stage 4

   Moon-Horns decided going home was his own idea. I should tell Keraba.

6. Complete

   Moon-Horns is home. Keraba gave me an oxhide shield and a herder's sling, and showed me how Kerma makes its shields.
