Walkthrough

The quest journal, step by step.

1. Start

Anhurmose, prophet of Onuris the hunter at Tjeny, needs a true hunter. (Requires A Stranger in Men-nefer and Archery 45.)

2. Stage 1

Onuris brought back the Eye of Ra when she ran away south as a lioness. Every year the god's bow is renewed by a true hunter, and Anhurmose wants proof that I am one: four desert leopards from the hills north of Tjeny.

To do: Kill 4 × Desert leopardUpdated by talking to Anhurmose, prophet of Onuris
3. Stage 2

Four leopards down. Now Anhurmose wants a leopard skin for the god's quiver. Leopards don't always give one up; I may have to keep hunting.

4. Stage 3

Anhurmose gave me the new bow of Onuris, strung but not yet blessed. I should carry it to Ikhernofret at the Temple of Osiris in Abydos and hold it out to him to be blessed.

To do: Use Unblessed bow of Onuris on Chief Lector IkhernofretUpdated by talking to Anhurmose, prophet of Onuris
5. Stage 4

Ikhernofret blessed the bow. I should take it back to Anhurmose in Tjeny.

6. Complete

Anhurmose says the god wants his bow to go hunting, with me. He also taught me the Hunter's way of shooting.
