Man in the stocks

A sunburnt man in a black kilt, in the harbour stocks. He looks like someone who has never been in stocks before and has opinions about it.

Where to find

Port Mersa

The Eye, the serpent, and me in the stocks. I'd call that a good day's work, apart from the stocks.
You can't arrest me. I'm already arrested. It's very freeing.
Still in the stocks. The harbourmaster says it's five deben now. Inflation.
Go on to the seventh hour, scarab-carrier. He's waiting for you. Everyone waits for you. Doesn't that worry you?
