- Stage 1
Hapuseneb says the old turquoise galleries of Wadi Maghara, west of Serabit, are haunted by the shades of miners buried in a collapse. Their names were never written down, so they cannot rest. I should go to Wadi Maghara.

The shades of Wadi Maghara are restless and angry. The dead must be calmed before they will speak: I should lay six of them to rest.
To do: Kill 6 × Shade of a lost miner - Stage 3
The shades have quietened. One of them, the gang's foreman by his bearing, still stands by the gallery mouth. I should speak to him.
- Stage 4
Foreman Wenis recited the name of every man in his gang, and I scratched them onto a potsherd. I should bring the names to Lector Hapuseneb.
