Walkthrough

The quest journal, step by step.

1. Start

   Ankhu the slinger at the Faiyum Clay Pits is shouting at a goose. (Requires Archery 5.)

2. Stage 1

   The army took Ankhu's apprentices, and with them anyone who could roll a decent sling-bullet. He wants to see if I can. First I should dig some clay from the deposits at the Faiyum Clay Pits.

3. Stage 2

   Ankhu showed me how to roll clay into bullets. I should fire some clay sling-bullets in a kiln (Handicraft 5). There are kilns in Shedet.

4. Stage 3

   I fired a batch of clay sling-bullets. I should show them to Ankhu.

5. Stage 4

   Ankhu lent me a Faiyum sling. The geese have been raiding his drying racks: I should bring down 4 geese.

6. Stage 5

   The geese of the Faiyum have learned respect. I should tell Ankhu.

7. Complete

   Ankhu named me a slinger of the Faiyum. I may wield the Faiyum sling, and I know how to fire clay sling-bullets.
