- Start
Khonsuemheb, priest of Khonsu at the Temple of Amun, is looking for someone sturdy and pious. (Requires The Ram Who Would Not Walk and Devotion 40.)
- Stage 1
A caravan-master's daughter called Bentresh came home to Coptos from the desert road with something inside her. Khonsuemheb lent me Khonsu's travelling amulet, 'the god who drives out what does not belong'. I should take it to Coptos, downriver.
To do: Go to CoptosUpdated by talking to Khonsuemheb - Stage 2
I'm in Coptos. Bentresh should be near her father's stall in the Coptos Market. I should use Khonsu's amulet on her.
To do: UseKhonsu's travelling amulet on Bentresh
- Stage 3
The spirit fled Bentresh into the fields at the south edge of Coptos. I must lay the Spirit of the Far Road to rest.
To do: Kill 1 × Spirit of the Far Road - Stage 4
The Spirit of the Far Road is gone, and Bentresh is herself again (and very hungry). I should take the amulet back to Khonsuemheb in Thebes.
- Complete
Khonsu has noticed me. I may call on Khonsu the Traveller as my patron god.
