Zimredda the horse-dealer

He buys horses in Lachish, sells them in Gaza, and asks no questions in either. His own horse, oddly, is a donkey.

Where to find

Lachish

Horses, donkeys, mules. Questions cost extra.
Lachish is a city of walls and horse-dealers. I'm one of the walls.
My own mount? A donkey. Horses are for selling, not for riding. Ask anyone in the trade.
